New to the FINISHLINE family of finishing solutions is the compact and versatile OXY 2550 5D. Deburring, edge rounding, oxide removal and deslagging can all be achieved with rapid change over of media.
The 25.5" wide working width machine is available standard with a vacuum table or with an optional magnetic/vacuum table.
Specifications:
- Orbital system of brushes or cleats
- Working width: 25.5"
- Media: five edge rounding brushes or five deslagging cleats
- Media speed: 150 to 1500 RPM
- Carousel speed: 15 to 150 RPM
- Feed speed: 3.2 to 26 FPM
- Vacuum table.
Options:
- Extra set of brushes
- Extra set of cleats
- Magnetic table (200 mm in center of table)
- Table roller infeed and outfeed.
