High-Precision Rotary Grinders

KENT USA's full line of high-precision rotary grinders is capable of grinding hard, brittle, metal and mold materials. The rotary grinders are built with Meehanite Class FC 30 casting for high rigidity and wear resistance, maintaining operation accuracy.

Features of the KRGH-300, KRGH-400 and KRGH-600 rotary grinders:

• Z-axis with double V, longitudinal V and flat Turcite way
• AC servo motor drive for 3 axes
• 10" color touchscreen with CNC control
• Auto wheel dressing with compensation
• Open top splash guard
• Auto lubrication system.

Features of the CHS-V600A and CHS-V800A:

• The column slideways surfaces are hardened and precision ground to ensure high accuracy. The vertical travel is transmitted through a precision ball screw, combined with counter-balance weight for enhanced vertical feed accuracy and motion stability.
• The spindle is directly driven by a motor and is dynamically balanced. It runs on high-precision bearings for longer service life and high-quality grinding.
• The table is driven by a hydraulic motor combined with the use of a throttle valve providing variable table running speed.
• The cooling system is equipped with two motors: one for delivering cutting fluid and the other is used for flushing workpieces on the table. The cooling system employs a magnetic dust separator to keep fluid clean and ensure smooth circulation.
• Fully enclosed splash guard effectively avoids dust and cooling fluid splashing.

RGV-1000A and RGV-1200A features:

• Meehanite class FC30 casting with slide way provides high stiffness and wear resistance, maintaining the accuracy of the machine
• Spindle lateral design creates stability during heavy cutting
• Spindle motor: 50 HP
• Vertical feeding uses three high stiffness and rigidity linear roller guides, allowing smooth vertical feeding while maintaining high stiffness
• Small workpiece suction is accomplished by fine electrical magnetic chuck
• Auto down feed controller by color touchscreen monitor
• Y-axis (vertical) auto down feed and Z-axis (cross) feed by Mitsubishi servo motor.
