Precision Drive Systems Appoints VP Sales and Marketing

Precision Drive Systems (PDS), a provider of precision motor spindle support and repair, has appointed Greg Needham as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
"Greg brings broad commercial experience in leading and managing full-scale global marketing, sales, product management and business operations for Fortune 1000, SMB, start-up and private-equity portfolio companies," said Allen Turk, CEO of PDS. "His past responsibilities in metalworking, the machine tool industry and data analytics match PDS' growth strategy well. PDS looks forward to leveraging Greg's leadership skills and industry experience as we aggressively expand our products, services and markets."
Prior to joining PDS, Needham served in various management positions at Dayton Superior, Brunswick Corporation, Kennametal Inc. and start-up companies where he championed various first-to-market products and related services globally.
Needham worked his way through college as a CAD designer for Eaton and then Kennametal. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's in technology commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin.
