AIDA-America Personnel Appointments

AIDA-America, a metal stamping press manufacturer, has announced that Dale Harshman, who joined AIDA-America's Mechanical Assembly Team in March of 2016, has been promoted to Team Leader, Mechanical Assembly. He is now responsible for providing on the job training and direction to Mechanical Assemblers and Mechanical Assembler Trainees. In his new role, Harshman also coordinates with other internal departments to assure all parts required for assembly are accounted for and leads in equipment assembly, ensuring that all equipment meets customers' specifications.

Leslie Bastress, who joined AIDA-America's Sales Department in July of 2015, has been promoted to Inside Sales Support, Service Parts. In her new position, Bastress will issue new replacement parts quotes to customers for stamping presses, transfer systems, material feeders and control systems, as well as parts quotes for die clampers, die cushions, slide knock-outs, conveyors, moving bolsters and load monitors. She will also answer customers' parts questions and process their parts orders.
