Trigon Drill for Universal Drilling Use

The KOMET KUB Trigon is a solid drill designed for universal use. "This drill opens up a high degree of flexibility in production because of its wide range of geometries and coatings," said a company spokesperson. "Close bore tolerances up to H8 and an extremely good surface finish allow machining to finished dimensions without a separate fine machining operation."
The KOMET KUB Trigon straight shank indexable drill features:
- Diameter range from 0.562" to 1.750" (14.0 mm to 54.0 mm)
- Drilling depths 2XD, 3XD and 4XD
- Close bore tolerances +/- 0.004" on diameter
- Machine to finished dimensions without a separate fine machining operation
- Universal use-suitable for rotating and stationary operations
- Cost-effective stocking and easy handling due to identical internal and external indexable inserts.
