High-Performance, Dynamic 5-Axis Machine

Hermle USA will show one of its most compact and flexible 5-axis machine models from the HIGH-PERFORMANCE-LINE, the C 22.
"The C 22 is capable of short process cycles, quick workflows and high machine dynamics, making it ideal for machining high-value parts with excellent accuracy and tight tolerances. The C 22 has been widely adopted by manufacturers in industries such as die and mold, medical, sport, consumer electronics, aerospace and others," said a company spokesperson.
The machine has a traverse path of 450 mm x 600 mm x 330 mm and a maximum table load of 300 kg. The C 22 can be equipped with a variety of automation technologies, including the Hermle PW 150 pallet changer, the new RS 05-2 robot system, the HS flex handling system and more.
