Absolute Machine Tools Oktoberfest October 24

Absolute Machine Tools Inc. will host a free authentic Oktoberfest Open House at the company's expansive 40,000 sq. ft. Technical Center in Mason, OH, from 11 AM - 7 PM on Thursday, October 24, 2019.

"Absolute sells and supports machine tools from partners around the world. At the Oktoberfest event, company experts will help attendees match their parts to machines that can produce them best. With turning lines ranging from simple CNC gang-style lathes to multi-slide, multi-axis turning CNC screw machines and sliding headstock Swiss solutions or fixed headstock CNC screw or hybrid machines, Absolute can provide a the most productive choice for any application," said a company spokesperson.

Absolute will also show attendees how to simply and cost-effectively begin a journey into automation. Options range from easy-to-use 7-axis cobots for entry level collaborative automation to full-blown Mitsubishi and FANUC robots for high-end machine tending and part inspection. A number of machines from Absolute feature built-in automation, including integrated loading systems such as single and twin spindle gantry loaders and palletized robotic systems. In addition, retrofit gantry-style loading systems and bar feeding equipment can be easily interfaced with existing machines.

New horizontal independent dual spindle machining technology from PCI will be demonstrated with several part examples that have been cut on this machine, such as large automotive components.

Company President Steve Ortner said, "Our Oktoberfest event will combine Bavarian food, beer and fun with solid information and application guidance regarding high-productivity machine tools and machining systems. Register today to join the celebration."
