CGTech to Highlight VERICUT Enhancements

Visitors to CGTech's EASTEC booth will have the opportunity to see a demo of the new graphics and features coming in VERICUT version 9.0. "Visitors will learn how VERICUT's FORCE optimization reduces machining times by as much as 30%-70%, even for superalloy metals, and makes cutters last longer," said a company spokesperson.
"Simulation Advancements in Industry 4.0," a presentation by CGTech Sales Engineer Serge Viau, will take place on May 14 at 10:30 AM in the SME Zone.
VERICUT software simulates the same NC codes that drive real CNC machines. As a digital twin, VERICUT simulation detects collisions, close calls, set-up and over-travel errors and poor or impossible machining conditions before they become big problems on the shop floor. Simulating prove-outs on virtual machines improves shop efficiency by freeing up CNC equipment to continue making production parts.
