Behringer Saws, Inc. will be displaying its high performance automatic band saws, including the HBE Dynamic series, as well as its Behringer Eisele automatic miter circular cold saw, the PSU-450M, at HOUSTEX.
"The HBE Dynamic series was designed to be an everyday saw due to its affordability, versatility and efficiency. The compact automatic band saw has many features designed to improve performance and precision, while maximizing user convenience and safety," said a company spokesperson.
The saw features a servo-driven ball screw blade feeding system and pressure sensors. This automatically provides precise, constant down feed control and adjustment to continually optimize the cutting process. The ball screw-driven material feed gripper is designed to eliminate backlash and ensure precise material positioning and repeatability.
With its optimized sawing parameters, the newly designed clamping system with self-adjusting clamping units and PLC controls, the PSU 450M is suited for both single piece cuts and mass production. The PSU has cutting capabilities up to 8.6" x 2.6". The automatic miter cold saw can be configured to support an application, with miter cutting in both directions.
The flexible and universal automatic miter cold saw features include full miter cutting capability, a servo-driven axis for precise material length positioning, integrated gripper feeding unit, PLC controls, upstroking saw design and more. It lends itself well to solids, tubes, or any type of unique shapes.
