Custom Process Piping

Custom process piping, by definition, requires a higher level of manufacturing expertise than standard projects. Badger Sheet Metal Works provides high-level custom process piping for industrial customers who need to move gases and liquids through their systems.

Badger Sheet Metal Works collaborates with customer engineering teams to supply projects that meet precise specifications. This is used to deliver substances as extreme as gases under pressure to super-cooled liquids, as well as water for facility fire suppression systems.

"Oil and gas equipment manufacturers are some of the most common users of custom process piping," explained Kenny Coe, Director of Sales at Badger Sheet Metal Works. "However, we have served customers in a wide range of industries whose processes call for this."

Badger Sheet Metal Works is more than the sheet metal shop it was during the formative years of the company. Now featuring a modern facility and a comprehensive lineup of design and fabrication services, Badger Sheet Metal Works is a provider of custom water treatment tanks and other projects for customers across the U.S.

In addition to its expertise in custom process piping, the company can deliver the custom fittings, valves and other in-line components necessary to control flow rates, pressure and temperature. The teams have experience working with a variety of materials including brass, aluminum and steel to meet customer requirements.

"Our physical plant allows us to meet almost any size requirement," Coe said. "We encourage customers to consult with us early in the design process to ensure we are building their project in the most effective manner."
