MC Machinery offers the DM800 mill and EA8PV Advance sinker EDM for tight-tolerance applications such as die and mold.
The DM Series' 20,000 RPM HSK-A63 spindle features a more rigid and accurate tooling system with the flexibility to do fine, intricate work. The 32-position automatic tool changer is engineered to provide better tool life management and increase the machine's productivity. Linear scales and roller guideways offer enhanced performance.
The Mitsubishi EA8PV Advance features a standard granite table and an NP2 circuit provides fine, satin surface finishing anywhere on the table surface. The FP80V energy-saving power supply is designed to reduce electrical consumption by 20% (compared to the previous FP model). The EA8PV features the new M700 series control with a 15" touchscreen for easier user interface.
