Indexable Milling Cutters

KOMET has introduced its indexable milling portfolio. The line of tools - comprised of 63 imperial (inch) and 63 metric bodies - represents a strong offering as KOMET continues its increased focus on milling products.
The broad array of indexable milling tools features single- and double-sided inserts, as well as a variety of geometries and grades. The portfolio has tools that have been specially designed for face milling, profile milling and high-speed milling processes, in a variety of diameters and configurations. These KOMET indexable milling cutters can machine all common materials, including hardened steels and high-temperature alloys.
This lineup of indexable milling tools is an ideal complement to KOMET's existing milling portfolio, which include solid carbide milling cutters, PCD milling cutters suited for aluminium workpieces, and ultrananocrystalline diamond coated milling cutters, which are specially designed for composite and other abrasive materials.
