Jergens Appoints International Product and Business Manager

Scott Halfhill

Jergens has announced Scott Halfhill to succeed Mark Kubik as International Product and Business Manager. The announcement comes after Kubik announced his retirement earlier this year. Halfhill joins Jergens with more than 20 years of leadership and business development experience in manufacturing, including extensive work within the automotive industry.

Halfhill will provide direction for international sales growth strategies, as well as support for sales and training at all Jergens wholly owned facilities around the world. In addition, he will continue development of Jergens distributor network.

In his career, Halfhill has used Six Sigma and lean methodologies to achieve next level results in process control and design, operational efficiency and business unit performance. He is an executive leadership trainer and proponent of strategic change management. His experience in business, domestic and international, also includes P&L responsibility, KPI metrics, market strategies and new product development.

Halfhill is a former mechanic, crew chief, flight engineer and unit trainer for the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army. He holds many certifications and has a Bachelor of Science in organizational psychology from High Point University.
