Koma Precision, Inc. has announced several new personnel appointments.
David Meo
David Meo has been appointed President and will be responsible for establishing the company's goals and strategies and presiding over the entire workfoce.
Meo has an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from UCONN. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, having worked at Koma as inside sales department, regional sales manager and most recently vice president of sales.
Anne Carney
Anne Carney has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for implementing the company's financial vision, leading Koma Precision's financial strategy, planning, accounting and finance operations. Carney will also serve as a member of the Koma Precision Board of Directors.
Previously, Carney held the role of controller at Koma Precision. She has over 25 years of experience in operational finance, accounting and leadership roles.
Carney is an alumna of Western New England University and Springfield Technical Community College, majoring in business finance/accounting.
Carl Capps
Carl Capps has been appointed President of Koma Integration and will be responsible for all integration activities in North America.
In this role, Capps will focus on growing Koma Integration to include expanding the hydraulics division. Koma is used for machine tooling accessories in key manufacturing sectors including automotive, aerospace, agriculture, construction, fluids control, energy, mining, oil, and mold and die. Capps previously served as the integrations manager for Koma Integration in Aurora, IN.
Capps is a seasoned professional and has been in the machine tool industry since 1995. He has been performing integration of machine tool accessories for over 20 years.
Andrew Esposito
Andrew Esposito has been appointed Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for managing the Koma Precision sales team in the USA, Canada and Mexico. This position was previously held by Meo.
Esposito has held the roles of national sales manager, OEM sales manager and northeast sales manager and has years of experience in technical sales.
Esposito holds an engineering degree from the University of Connecticut.
Frank Cerrito
Frank Cerrito has been appointed Vice President of Operations. He will be the lead correspondent for special projects and custom designs as well as oversee the production, engineering and manufacturing departments.
Cerrito received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Western New England College.
Cerrito started his career at Koma in 1997 as an inside sales associate. He worked his way to general manager while also heading the engineering department.
