ALM Positioners Names Pollock as President/CEO

Pat Pollock

ALM Positioners has announced that Pat Pollock will lead the company as its new President/CEO. He has more than 35 years of experience in manufacturing environments. Previous CEO and CFO Mark Ross, who served since 2015, will move into a Board position but remain as CFO. Kevin Toft, former president, will serve as ALM's Chief Revenue Officer.

"I am very excited to be joining a team with limitless energy and unlimited opportunities," said Pollock. "ALM is a small entrepreneurial company on a mission to enhance safety, improve quality and increase throughput. ALM is committed to helping `position' our customers for success, and I am proud to be part of that effort."

Pollock began his career designing power heads for electronic nut runner applications. He went on to manage day-to-day operations at an engineering company before serving as the president at a start-up. He then negotiated the sale of that company to Genesis Systems Group, and continued to serve in several leadership roles and drove the company's exponential growth.

Pollock holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in organizational behavior and strategy from St. Ambrose University.

"As soon as I found out Pat was no longer with Genesis Systems, I approached him," Ross said. "With his robotics, automation and industry knowledge, he will take us where we need to be. He has proven his ability to identify new market opportunities, and we are looking forward to the opportunities he sees for ALM."
