Manual/Automatic Cylindrical Grinders

Kent offers a full line of production-ready cylindrical grinders with a measured spindle accuracy of 0.000005". Manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic with center lengths of up to 100" are available.
"Designed for high-volume production runs and generating rapid rounding and accuracy, the cylindrical grinders in this series allow for tight dimensions and roundness tolerance controls," said a company spokesperson.
Kent USA cylindrical grinders are capable of grinding pieces of up to 13" in diameter. The largest standard model can accommodate a max. grinding length of 40" and max. work swing of 13.8".
The cylindrical grinders feature a compact design for minimum use of shop floor space. They come equipped with a hydraulic dresser for both the grinding and regulating wheels that helps ensure smooth and evenly-trued wheels and a quick, hassle-free set-up.
