Large Lift with Modular Design

Custom Industrial Products Inc. (CIP), a manufacturer of Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRC) lifts, has added the PMX-Series VRC to its lineup. The PMX-Series VRC Lift is a larger version of its PM-Series VRC lift.
Both the PM and PMX lifts feature a modular design that moves materials safely between levels. The modular design of the PMX series allows for easier installation and implementation while the larger size of the PMX can accommodate larger size material loads that are common for industries including automobile dealers and manufacturers.

"Its extended 6 ft. x 8 ft. carriage size offers our clients the ability to store larger items on upper levels at manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, automotive dealerships and more. Key benefits of the PMX Series VCR lifts include: faster installation time with reduced costs; increased operation efficiency and lower maintenance; enhanced reliability and safety compliance; and seamless integration into existing workflow."
The PMX lifts meet and often exceed the ANSI/ASME B20.1 Safety Standard. The lift is fully enclosed, incorporating safety enclosures and guarding on all sides. The unit also features:
- A motor drive with a patented, high efficiency gearbox system
- Illuminated operator controls at each level
- An electric brake motor for smooth and efficient operation
- Pit or surface mounts
- Load capacity up to 3,000 lbs.
Options available for the PMX include outside application, factory pre-wire, ramps and platform gate configurations.
