Midland Industries Opens New Distribution Center

Midland Industries has announced that its newest distribution center is open and serving its customers with faster deliveries across the South and will-call service for local pick-up orders. The center is located at 5544 Armour Dr., Houston, TX, 77020.

This newest distribution center opening comes on the heels of Midland's recent acquisition of Stainless Adapters Inc., (SAI), a Houston, TX-based manufacturer of stainless steel hydraulic adapters and pipe fittings servicing the oil and gas, marine, manufacturing, construction, carwash, automotive and agriculture industries worldwide.

Michael Baker, former SAI CEO, joined Midland as General Manager of the new Houston distribution center. The entire SAI product offering and inventory is offered on midlandindustries.com and through distribution channels in Houston. The center stocks a complete line of industrial, plumbing, waterworks and irrigation products, including brass fittings, valves, malleable fittings, steel nipples, ductile iron gate and check valves, lead-free brass fittings, bronze fittings, brass nipples, stainless steel fittings and nipples and much more.

"We are excited to have a distribution center in Houston now," said Vince Hodes, CEO of Midland Industries. "Not only does it mean faster deliveries to our ever-expanding customer base across the South, but it also provides a convenient location to pick-up orders for Houston-based customers."
