Pennington Named Regional Sales Manager for Star CNC Machine Tool Corp.

Star CNC Machine Tools Corps has hired Andy Pennington as a Regional Sales Manager. Pennington has the responsibility of expanding sales and assisting the current dealer network in the states of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.

Pennington most recently served for 14 years as a regional sales manager for CAMPAT Machine Tool. Prior to CAMPAT, he was a regional and national sales manager for Hydromat/Edge Technologies for 18 years. After graduating from Iowa State University (Ames, IA) in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology, Pennington joined Hydromat as a sales engineer and went through the company's extensive machining program.

Pennington's most recent duty was to start up a new CAMPAT Machine Tool dealership in Clearwater, FL, covering its lines of equipment for the entire state and Puerto Rico. Along with starting the 2,000 sq. ft. facility, he also helped hire salespeople and service staff.

His ability to bring solutions to customers and dealers alike has won him many lifelong peers in the industry.
