Striker Systems Expands Sales Management

Striker Systems has announced the appointment of CAD/CAM industry veteran Daren Sweat as Regional Sales Manager.
Sweat will be responsible for all aspects of the Striker Systems sales process in the U.S. including consulting with prospective clients to identify the scope of their sheet metal CAD/CAM requirements, developing a technology implementation strategy and coordinating project resources. As a key component of this effort, he will also design comprehensive product demonstrations that incorporate individual prospects' CAD data and associated manufacturing information; providing a top-down analysis of the capabilities of Striker CAD/CAM & Nesting software with a focus on each organizations' specific manufacturing requirements.
Sweat joins Striker Systems with over 25 years of manufacturing, solution implementation and CAD/CAM experience. He was most recently Regional Sales Manager with Bystronic, Inc., where he assisted prospective clientele in the identification, purchasing and implementation of CNC laser cutting and bending solutions. Daren is a 1991 graduate of the University of Arkansas with an B.S.B.A. in Marketing & Management, and serves on the Board of Directors the for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission's Arkansas Science & Technology Authority, and is an Advisory Board Member for Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions, where he serves as Chairman of the Industry Committee.
