Eisele Connectors to Exhibit at FABTECH
October 20, 2016At FABTECH in Las Vegas from November 16-18th, Eisele Connectors will present its new products for coolant connections, pneumatic systems and painting applications. Many of the threads and dimensions of the premium quality connections manufactured in Germany have been tailored to American standards.
“Eisele Connectors offers one of its most successful product lines, the standard connections and throttle valves of series 14 of the Eisele BASICLINE with the time-proven push-in connectors with a release sleeve, as well as accessories and flame-retardant tubes for the American market now also in inch sizes with NPT, R and G threads,” said a company spokesperson. “The threads feature an FDA-compliant PTFE coating with PU content. In addition, G threads are available with an enclosed O-ring or VS seal ring.” These new products have been included in a special BASICLINE catalog.
The BASICLINE is designed to allow convenient connection and disconnection of the tubes; the function of the robust and durable release sleeve is not impaired by impurities such as weld spatter.
Ideal solutions for coolant connections
“With the Eisele LIQUIDLINE, Eisele Connectors offers the most extensive line of screw-in connections and coolant connections on the market,” said the company spokesperson. “LIQUIDLINE products are available in dezincification-resistant brass as well as aluminum and stainless steel. In addition, 45° and 90° elbows made of brass or stainless steel and designed with optimized flow properties have been added to the line. The new swept screw-in elbows of dezincification-resistant brass or stainless steel achieved more than 50% better flow rates than conventional elbow fittings in comparative tests, since there is no turbulence and no obstruction of the flow to prevent heat dissipation. They are suitable for coolant connections in power electronics, welding processes or high-frequency induction heating systems, such as those used in foundries. The improved flow rate of the elbows allows the use of smaller diameters to achieve the same cooling effect as with conventional elbow connections.”
The new catalogs for the BASICLINE and LIQUIDLINE include all connections available off-the-shelf in the USA, in addition to useful information on mounting and handling. The catalogs are available for download in the download area of eisele-connectors.de.
