Metrology System for Micro Components

Metrology systems with high resolution optics like the QVI SparkMVP are designed for applications such as micro components and parts that demand high measurement accuracy and precision. With a variety of field interchangeable objective lenses to choose from, SparkMVP systems allow users to select magnification and field of view sizes to best suit the measurement at hand. SparkMVP systems are capable of maintaining imaging up to 1000x on-screen magnification with optional interchangeable objective lenses.

SparkMVP systems are also capable of handling an array of critical measurements using available contact and non-contact sensors. Contact sensors like optional touch probes allow access to features that are difficult to view while non-contact sensors such as QVI's TTL laser allow detailed depth and surface profile measurements even on fragile micro components.

All LED coaxial surface light, backlight and conical VectorLight programmable ring light help ensure that SparkMVP has the proper lighting available for micro component measuring applications.
