Custom Service Solutions' MiJET parts cleaning and collection unit incorporates multiple processes into one workstation.
Operators can easily move finished parts into the dip station using the parts basket. The next step is to place the parts basket right into the MiJET opening and blow the parts off. The Deluxe Workstation is enclosed on three sides and includes either a 12" angled MiJET or an 8" angled MiJET, butcher block top, solvent dip station and removable parts basket. MiJET offers a variety of parts cleaning products to meet various applications.
MiJET utilizes an existing shop air line and is easy to incorporate into a work cell since no electricity is required. Air is driven out of a nozzle while simultaneously a vacuum suction pulls the valuable coolant into the container. "Exhausted air is filtered to levels that can help facilities meet OSHA standards," said a company spokesperson. "Air quality is improved, aerosol is reduced and floors remain cleaner. Expensive coolants are captured for reuse and metal chips can easily be recycled. MiJET is also useful at an inspection station to clean off oily parts prior to inspection."
