Koepfer America, LLC has announced its partnership with CLC, Srl, as the manufacturer's first exclusive distributor in North America.
CLC, of Cadelbosco Sopra, Italy, manufactures a wide range of heavy-duty machines for hobbing (vertical and horizontal) and shaping of gears from 200 mm to 2,000 mm (8" up to 78") in diameter.
The CLC product line features heavy-duty construction, high-speed direct drive torque motors, FANUC 31i series numeric control and operator-friendly software. CLC machines can also be customized with automation to provide an optimized gear manufacturing solution.
In addition to new machines, CLC also rebuilds and retrofits numerous types and sizes of gear manufacturing machines. "The company achieves a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering hands-on, custom machine tools and automation through both rebuilt and new machines," said a company spokesperson.
