Large Cabinet Parts Washer

Alliance Manufacturing, Inc. has introduced the Aquamate RF-7284, a large, front-load cabinet style parts washer designed for cleaning a variety of components.

The system is constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long life. The heavy-duty rotating parts table is capable of accommodating a variety of parts. The RF-7248 model is designed for cleaning large parts and is equipped with a 72" diameter load surface and can wash parts up to 84" in height and weighing up to 1,000 lbs. The parts table is perforated to allow a large amount of cleaning fluid to completely flush contaminants away from parts. All sprayed solution is directed to a removable strainer basket for filtering of heavy contaminants. Movable spray arms direct cleaning solution onto parts from several angles for enhanced cleaning power.

The cut-away top design allows for heavy parts to be lowered into the machine from an overhead hoist. A split-style drain allows for complete tank drainage. The typical cleaning process includes a single stage wash, but can be customized to include blowoff or other processes, depending on the application.

The Aquamaster RF series and other parts washers are customizable to fit individual customer's needs.
