OSG USA Promotes Tennant to CEO

OSG USA announced that Jeff Tennant has been promoted to the position of CEO. He will officially serve as both President and CEO of OSG USA, Inc., as well as CEO for the OSG North America Group, which includes OSG Canada, OSG Royco and Amamco.
In addition to his new responsibilities, Tennant will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors and as an executive officer of OSG Corporation, representing the OSG North American Group.
