LNS Quick Load Servo 65 automatic bar feeder
The LNS Quick Load Servo 65 automatic bar feeder loads bar diameters from 6 mm to 67 mm and bar lengths from 150 mm to 1,600 mm (not to exceed overall spindle length).
Changeovers are quick and easy: enter the diameter into the advanced HMI and Quick Load Servo 65 automatically adjusts loading height, selection fingers, applied torques and speeds. The QLS 65 servo drive enables accurate positioning at high speeds without losing contact between the pusher and bar stock.
A high-capacity (630 mm deep) magazine rack holds up to 9, 65 mm or 63, 10 mm bars for unattended and lights-out production runs. The retraction system may be installed in either X or Z direction, and the user-friendly touchscreen HMI provides a multilingual navigation and set-up menu.
