ONA EDM USA offers the AD25 and AD35 compact wire EDM machines.
The machines offer advanced technology with a Windows-style operating system and the ability to control 5 axes-four of them (XYUV) simultaneously.
The AD25 and AD35 offer high precision in critical points such as corners and circles due to automatic control of erosion parameters and lateral unload for checks.
An automatic wire curvature point compensation system provides increased accuracy for parts with conical geometries. "This new mechanism makes the operator's job much easier since precise conical pieces can be made entirely automatically," said a company spokesperson.
