The new double door exterior design of the Hi-TECH 750A YMC allows for easy access.
The Hi-TECH 750A YMC features a 300 mm wide heavy-duty turret, long boring bar, o80/L800 mm, with high performance tailstock and steady rest options.
Double doors offer easy access for large parts.
The newly introduced Hi-TECH 750A YMC from Hwacheon is designed to machine high precision, heavy duty parts.

"This high-power turning center was designed to easily handle large parts, so whether you are machining hefty oil and gas parts or sizeable heavy transport components, the Hi-TECH 750A YMC maintains precision and accuracy throughout the entire machining process."
The high level of machining accuracy is in large part due to the high-torque built-in gear driven spindle that reaches up to 1,800 RPM. The gear driven spindle not only reduces machining time-it also enhances productivity when combined with its Y-axis and live tooling functions," said the spokesperson. While the Hi-TECH 750A YMC is equipped with an 18" chuck, the Hi-TECH 750B series comes equipped with a 21" chuck. Both the A and B series can handle up to a 24" chuck with maximum cutting lengths up to 4,250 mm and a maximum cutting diameter of 760 mm.
There are additional user convenience enhancements to the Hi-TECH 750A YMC, one of them being its wide door window, allowing for better visibility when machining large materials. According to the company, other features include a rigid built-in tailstock, wide disc turret and powerful milling function.
