Kansas-Oklahoma Machine Tools Appoints Vice President

Kansas-Oklahoma Machine Tools, Inc. (KOMT) has announced the appointment of Brad Haas as Vice President. He will be responsible for maintaining relationships with builders and customers, strategic business development, implementation of sales strategies and evaluation of the success of KOMT in achieving its goals.

Haas has over 20 years of business to business sales experience, the last seven of those being with KOMT as a sales engineer out of the Wichita, KS office. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in marketing and minor in management from Wichita State University. He has also been certified by Association of Manufacturing Technology (AMT) as a Certified Manufacturing Technology Sales Engineer (CMTSE) since March of 2015.

"Brad will continue to be a valuable resource for KOMT as a Sales Engineer and his leadership as Vice President will help KOMT to maintain its position as a nationally known top tier machine tool distributor," said a company spokesperson. "Brad will be focusing on solidifying the future of KOMT through providing new innovative solutions for customers, expanding KOMT's customer base and hiring additional personnel to maintain the level of service clients have come to expect from KOMT over the past 58 years. He will be a valuable addition to the existing leadership team of Bill Farris, President, and Wendy Bartlett, Secretary Treasurer, at KOMT."
