Oil/Coolant Mist Collector Installation Options

New accessories for LNS oil/mist collectors allow greater flexibility for users to install these units while maintaining peak efficiency.
Among the new options are:
- Adjustable mounting rails that allow easier installation on CNC machines, chip conveyors and other surfaces
- A mobile cart that enables the oil/coolant mist collector to be easily relocated from one machine to another
- A vertical stand that provides a non-machine surface for mounting.
Also new is an adjustable hard pipe attachment kit that eliminates the problem of long runs of flexible hose sagging and allowing coolant to collect at the low point and restrict airflow.
A new Premium Accessory Kit is also available that makes installing the devices easier and allows users to dial in the precise airflow for their application, thus extending filter life. Included in the kit are adjustable mounting rails, a sealed connecting plate, splash guard and airflow regulator.
