Paradigm Industrial Acquires Vulcan Tool Company

Paradigm Industrial, LLC, a custom engineering and manufacturing company, recently purchased Vulcan Tool Company, located in Dayton, OH. The company will continue to operate, but will now be backed by Paradigm Industrial's full-service engineering, machining, fabrication and maintenance services.
"Vulcan Tool Company was founded in 1915 and has a rich history of building custom machines for large scale manufacturing companies," said a company spokesperson. "Its most popular products include the patented Shimmy Die and Tube Cutting machines. The Shimmy Die provides enhanced speed and accuracy for trimming stamped parts. Vulcan's Brehm, Ultimate and Ringmaster tube cutters are known for high-speed cuts that are burr-free and are used in many industries internationally." Vulcan Tool also markets the Vulcanaire spindle attachment to provide high-speed options for existing mills and lathes.
