Mastercam Announces New Partnerships

(l-r) Doug DeBerti, Stas Mylek and Brad DeBerti

CNC Software, Inc., developer of Mastercam, has announced a new partnership with DeBerti. CNC Software also announced that it is the newest Strategic Partner of the National Coalition of Advanced Technology Centers (NCATC).

Mastercam Partners with DeBerti

DeBerti started more than 25 years ago, creating one-off machined aluminum parts. The company creates custom concept vehicles as well as high-end quality parts and accessories for all types of vehicles and racing. DeBerti may be best known for its Discovery Channel show, Twin Turbos and MOTOR TREND series Spoolin' Up with the DeBertis.

"CNC Software is proud to partner with DeBerti. As long time Mastercam users, the father and son duo of Doug and Brad DeBerti bring their infectious personalities and innovative concepts to audiences of all ages worldwide," said Stas Mylek, Partnership Program Manager, CNC Software, Inc. "As they ramp up their new build and production facility in Mooresville, NC, we are looking forward to being a part of their development process and bringing their one-of-a-kind concepts to life."

DeBerti will use Mastercam exclusively as CAD/CAM software from solid modeling and design all the way to final concept and production part machining. Mastercam will also be involved in unique and special projects with DeBerti in the production of their creative ideas.

Brad DeBerti, Doug's son and co-owner of DeBerti, said, "We are very excited to team up with Mastercam. This partnership will enable us to bring our creative car concepts to life, exactly as we envision them. I have been around Mastercam since I was a kid, watching my dad, Doug, work in the shop. Working with Mastercam will help us literally every single day. Times have changed, and every build starts its life on a computer. Now we can make that creation in Mastercam and convert it to the fixture tables and go right to machining parts. We cannot wait to start the new builds."

Doug DeBerti said, "I have worked in Mastercam for as long as I can remember. I created a business out of my garage 25 years ago that I named TRENZ. We specialized in machining auto accessories for vehicles. This is when I started using Mastercam. I grew the company to over 6,000 part numbers, and the company was almost fully automated. Brad and I are going down the same path and restarting what I did back in the day. We will be machining crazy aluminum auto parts, and we use Mastercam every day. I am very excited to become part of the Mastercam family."

Mastercam is New Strategic Partner of NCATC

Mastercam is the newest Strategic Partner of the NCATC. Founded in 1988, the NCATC supports a network of higher education and industry-led resources that advocates, advises and promotes the use of advanced technology applications to enhance economic and workforce development programs and services.

"NCATC is a cutting-edge organization in workforce development. It makes perfect sense to welcome Mastercam as a new Strategic Partner," said Toni Neary, Director of Education, Morris Group-Haas Division, NCATC Board Member. "Working through our network and annual conferences, we look to bridge the skills gap and appreciate the insight Mastercam can bring to conversation."

"We are excited to be a Strategic Partner of NCATC and honored to be the first CAD/CAM company in a group that includes best-in-class industry partners like Haas, Verisurf, Sandvik, AMT and so many others," said Peter Mancini, Education Product Manager. "Many of our education customers are members, and we want to increase the national awareness of these Advanced Technology Centers and their positive impact on the country's competitiveness and economic growth."
