MC Machinery Promotes Regional Sales Representative-Houston

MC Machinery recently promoted Chris Ratkovich to a newly created position of Regional Sales Representative in the Houston area. He will use his vast knowledge in machining applications to support local dealers from a technical standpoint while looking to grow the milling and turning products sales, reported the company.
"With his associate degree in tool and manufacturing technology from Southern Illinois University, as well as his previous 15 years as a Mitsubishi wire EDM and 5-axis milling applications engineer at MC Machinery, Ratkovich will bring innovation into Texas-based shops with an emphasis on 5-axis milling. Prior to his work with MC Machinery, he worked at a stamping die shop and forging shop," said a company spokesperson.
"Chris is a very good application engineer who understands manufacturing and will be able to help our prospects and customers evaluate their equipment needs," said National Sales Manager Alan Hallmann. "He will be a strong addition to our milling and turning sales team in the Houston market."
"His well-rounded knowledge of MC Machinery's Machining Technologies Division, which includes additive and turning machining, automation, 5-axis and vertical milling applications, gives him a step up in providing our customers with the necessary assistance in finding the products that fit their needs."
