Optoquick is the latest generation Marposs flexible solution for high precision gauging controls on shafts, such as cam, crank or gear shafts.
With Optoquick, parts are automatically measured while in motion and at a high speed. "Optoquick enables very high productivity and is a perfect solution to manage peaks in production. This results in a very fast ROI," said a company spokesperson.

The SPC software is designed to provide maximum operation efficiency by line personnel. It features a user-friendly interface along with intuitive measuring result presentation, multi-format measuring data exportation and visual auto-diagnosis notifications.
Optoquick can optionally incorporate depth and contact probes, expanding the measuring capabilities on request. "As a result, Optoquick delivers extensive accuracy in part inspection, even with demanding shapes such as cam profiles, key depth measuring and axial run-outs of inner surfaces," said the spokesperson.
Optoquick can be re-configured in line if parts to be measured change. Or, a single Optoquick can be simultaneously used for different parts from different stages in the same production.
