SigmaTEK Academy Industrial Fabrication Conference

SigmaTEK Systems is opening its 8th annual to the public. The event, which is taking place May 9-10 at the Sharonville Convention Center, Cincinnati, OH, will give attendees access to some of the world's leading engineering minds through panel discussions, keynote presentations and break-out training sessions, the company reported.

"SigmaTEK Academy is an invaluable event for professional manufacturers who want to further their knowledge of the latest innovations in industrial automation and the future of heavy industry," said Cornel Warren, Director of Marketing at SigmaTEK. "This conference adds tremendous value to Cincinnati's professional landscape by bringing industry experts together to equip manufacturers and strengthen our city as an industrial hotspot."

Topics will include cutting edge innovations in the Industrial Internet of Things, development of the smart factory, Industry 4.0 and industrial automation through software and integration. Brian Quinn, Vice President at CBTS, will be speaking on a pilot program being developed in conjunction with GE, global leader in heavy industry innovation.

SigmaTEK Systems is a developer of CAD/CAM nesting software for the fabrication industry, providing material utilization, motion optimization, manpower efficiency, manufacturing automation and data management.
