Machine Series for Die/Mold

Vision Wide (Taiwan) has introduced the new SE series machine specifically designed for the die/mold and aerospace industries. The SE features multiple spindle types from 10,000 RPM to 24,000 RPM, dual Z-axis ball screws, a specially designed casting and an advanced thermal system for high accuracy blends in long running mold parts.

Vision Wide builds more than eight different models with sizes ranging from 1.5 meters to over 12 meters in X travels and 1.2 to over 5 meters in the Y (cross) travels. Vision Wide's double column machines range from standard 3- to 4-axis job shop machines to advanced 5-face and 5-axis aerospace composite and aluminum wing spar machines. Other models include large W-axis rail machines, a complete line of high-speed gantry machines and highly customized machines for the composite industries.

Vision Wide double column and gantry machining centers include:

  • New SE: Series for high-speed high-accuracy die/mold and aerospace
  • SF: High-speed series
  • VB and VF: Heavy cutting series ~ box ways
  • FA: 5-axis series
  • NF and HF: High precision 5-face series
  • BM: Moving beam series W-axis
  • GS: High rail gantry 3-, 4- and 5-axis series
  • V: Vertical machining center series.

Vision Wide machines are imported by CNC Systems Inc. with locations in California and New England.
