APEC (Asian Pacific Elite Corp), a Taiwanese builder of large 5-axis gantry machining centers specifically designed for the aerospace and die/mold industries, builds more than six different models with sizes ranging from 1.5 meters to over 30 meters in X travels, and 1.2 to over 8 meters in the Y (cross) travels.
APEC offers 5-axis expertise and multiple spindle options from 3,000 RPM to 24,000 RPM to provide advanced 5-face and 5-axis machining of die/mold materials as well as exotic aerospace composites, titanium, nickel alloys and high-speed aluminum wing spars. APEC's dual Z-axis ball screws, a specially designed casting and an advanced thermal system are designed to provide high-accuracy, high-speed machining. Most of the machines can be equipped with multiple head changing solutions as well as complete palletizing systems. The latest controls from Heidenhain, Siemens and FANUC are available from APEC.
APEC 5-axis gantry machining centers include:

- MDU highly rigid machines for nickel alloy combustion cases.
