Spectrum CNC Technologies offers its improved Multi-DNC editor, backplotter and file compare software. The software includes the same CNC editing and viewing features integrated within the Multi-DNC package, only for a stand-alone PC. This way customers can edit, view and manage CNC files offline, while production continues online with Multi-DNC.

Multi-DNC solutions center on its WiBox, a wired/wireless device server that enables customers to connect all of their shop floor CNC machines using IEEE 802.11b/g networks quickly and easily. Multi-MDC/Monitoring is a browser based real-time machine monitoring system that automatically collects machine output data to an MS-SQL database. Real time dashboards and production reports display shop floor manufacturing data including OEE, utilization, cycle vs. downtime, alarms, spindle, tool usage, idle, set-up, teardown and machine downtime reasons.
With its wireless and wired capability, WiBox provides shop owners the flexibility to network CNC machines, add or remove machines, or reconfigure their shop floor without the need to run cable. Other features include:
