Narrow Aisle Warehouse Picking Cart

Creform Corporation offers a narrow picking cart design for operating and passing in space restrictive aisles. The carts are engineered for order picking or kitting operations that face the challenges of narrow aisles in warehouses or component storage areas. The cart has angled shelves, canted to provide good ergonomics and content visibility of boxes or totes.
The cart footprint is 31" X 86" and is designed to hold up to 600 lbs. It has ergo-vertical C-shaped handles with cross bars on either end that make it easy to push while allowing automatic hand positioning for different height associates. A cup holder and a small storage bin hold incidental supplies.
The cart features six casters with two fixed center wheels for pivoting and enhancing maneuverability in space restrictive aisles. The four corner swivel casters help support loads while providing stability and safety during loading and transport.
To enhance the carts, Creform offers additional components such as hooks, label holders, clipboards and hitches. A variety of standard pipe colors are available to color code carts for different departments. ESD pipe and components are available for static sensitive operations. Carts can be customized with higher capacities and other capabilities with Creform products.
