Industrial Innovations Supplying Advance Automation Equipment to Pace Corporation

Industrial Innovations is supplying two Advance Automation die cast reciprocating sprayers as well as two servo ladlers to Pace Corporation.
Industrial Innovations has announced that Pace Corporation ordered two Advance Automation SL-3000 ladlers and SR-1165 reciprocators for installation at its Cambridge Division, which produces both aluminum and zinc die cast components for a variety of industries. The equipment will be integrated into automated robotic work cells at the facility.
According to the company, Industrial Innovation's Advance Automation ladlers are able to achieve 99( percent pouring accuracy as the cup spill-off angle is controlled by the servo motor and servo drive. These ladlers also feature the proprietary Smart Probe System designed to prevent any dunking. The SL-3000 model is designed for casting presses in the 1,500- to 4,000-ton range.
The Advance Automation straight-line die cast digital reciprocating sprayers are designed with two axes, helping to quickly and accurately guide the spray manifold into the die area for precise placement of lubricant. The SR-1165 reciprocators are designed for machines in the 800- to 1,600-ton range.
