Industrial Innovations Supplying Die Lube-Spray Application Systems to Van-Rob
March 1, 2015
Industrial Innovations has announced that Van-Rob Inc., an automotive manufacturer for the design and manufacture of large structural assemblies, chassis components and crash energy management systems, has ordered three pedestal-style Spra-Rite die lubricant-spray applicator systems for use at its Waverly, OH, facility. The patented Spra-Rite systems are designed to precisely regulate the volume and placement of lubricant at specific areas of the stamping or drawing tools, or the stock, at predetermined press stroke intervals. The pedestal-style unit provides portability to move the systems to various presses as needed.
The three systems are comprised of a 4-injector, a 6-injector and a 10-injector manifold style machine where each injector valve can be independently programmed for lubricant spray application inclusive of skip cycle counting, delay spray and volume control. The Spra-Rite system can store and recall up to 200 spray pattern profiles with easy editing of existing programs as well as capability to communicate with most press controls. Spra-Rite controls include a PLC and a data display with alpha-numeric programming of the valves, nozzle purge or test, and dual alarm outputs for management of the safety features.
Industrial Innovations is a manufacturer of industrial lubrication equipment for operation in metalworking industries including metalforming, die casting, machining and stamping.
