Horizontal Machine for Heavy Cutting

Mighty USA has announced the newest addition to its heavy cutting arsenal, the HMC-630.
"Primarily known for its heavy-duty bridge mills and large turning lathes, Mighty USA has not promoted its horizontal machines until recently due to its heavy focus on bridge mills," said a company spokesperson. "Due to the changing focus in American manufacturing towards the horizontal machinery, Mighty USA has decided to add another heavy-duty model."
Manufactured in Taiwan with high quality German, Japanese and Taiwanese components, the HMC-630 comes with a FANUC control, 40 HP 10,000 RPM dual winding built-in spindle, full B-axis, 1,890 IPM feedrate on XYZ axes, coolant through spindle ready, 60 tool arm ATC, a dual pallet system, oil skimmer and embedded ceiling coolant flush system. A six-pallet version of the HMC-630 and a smaller version HMC-500 are expected to arrive in the U.S. market by early 2015, followed by the HMC-800 and HMC-1000 models.
