OptiPro Systems to Showcase Advanced Machine Tools at OptiFest 2014

OptiPro Systems, a provider of precision machine tools and Mastercam software in New York State, will be hosting OptiFest 2014 - Technology Open House and Steakout on October 28th and 29th from 10 AM to 7 PM each day at the company's 30,000 sq. ft. technical facility in Ontario, NY.

The event will highlight the latest technology from Methods Machine Tools, the North American supplier of precision machine tools that include Nakamura-Tome, FANUC, KIWA-Japan, FEELER and YASDA. Machines from each of Methods' product lines will be under power in OptiPro's machine tool showroom, giving attendees the opportunity to experience cutting-edge machining capability. State-of-the-art waterjet technology from Flow along with innovative 3D printers from EnvisionTEC will also be showcased.

In addition to seeing 18 machines in action, companies will have a chance to discover the latest CAD/CAM software developments, including Mastercam's Dynamic Motion technology. Attendees will also be able to see the newest advancements from SpaceClaim's 3D direct modeling software as well as Verisurf's metrology software solutions. All three companies will be displaying the features and benefits of their products while answering any questions that visitors may have.

Throughout the two-day event, experts in the manufacturing industry will give technical presentations and demonstrations focusing on ideal techniques, tooling, accessories and consumables to maximize manufacturing productivity and improve part precision.

"OptiFest brings together representatives from a variety of companies involved in different aspects of manufacturing, from machine tool and tooling suppliers to CNC machine shops and everything in between," said Mike Bechtold, President of OptiPro. "This event serves as a casual setting for our potential and existing customers to communicate with suppliers and discover new ways to increase profitability."

OptiPro invites all upstate NY manufacturing professionals to attend OptiFest 2014. Giveaways will be offered during the event and steak lunch and dinner will be served on both days.
