HFO-Austin and Mastercam Team Up for Tech Event Oct. 15

Haas Factory Outlet - Austin will host a lunch and a live technology presentation on October 15, 2014, at its Buda, TX, facility. Mastercam and HFO applications engineers will demonstrate how today's advanced cutting strategies and Mastercam's Dynamic Motion can benefit machines. According to a spokesperson, combining these technologies can reduce machining time up to 70%, extend tool life and maximize material removal rates.
Guests will be able to talk with industry professionals as they view comparison data between traditional versus Dynamic Motion strategies. Visitors will have the opportunity to see and hear results first hand during live machining demonstrations of both milling and turning parts on Haas machines in this free, informative session. They will also learn about recent improvements to Mastercams' Dynamic Motion technology, along with updates on Haas' latest machine technology.
There will be two sessions with a light lunch available to all between the sessions:
- 1st session 10 AM - 12 PM
- Lunch 12 noon for both sessions
- 2nd session 1 PM - 3 PM.
