OSG Tap & Die, Inc. recently hosted its first ever Composite School on May 15 and 16, 2013. The 2-day training seminar took place at OSG's training facility, the OSG Academy, located at 759 Industrial Drive, Bensenville, IL, just 20 minutes away from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.
The class concentrated on the drilling and milling of composites, current practices and problems, as well as new innovative solutions. A wide range of processes and materials were examined with live demos.
The OSG Academy was built for research and development, as well as to promote communication among the tooling community. Additional training seminars are planned for 2013 and details may be found at www.osgtool.com/osgacademy.
