Pro-Mix Lubricating Systems Available

Photo Caption: Industrial Innovations offers a complete line of Pro-Mix lubricating systems for accurate proportioning, mixing and distribution of lubricants to industrial equipment.

Industrial Innovations offers a full line of Pro-Mix Lubricating Systems designed to mix the desired content of lubricant concentrate and water for distribution through an in-plant piping network. Each machine connected to the network automatically receives a continuous supply of pressurized lubricant mixture. Additionally, the systems can be manufactured to supply up to three different lubricant mixtures to each press, allowing flexibility for various material applications.

The Industrial Innovation Pro-Mix systems feature stainless steel reservoirs for stabilizing liquids prior to mixing and a patented Pro-Drive assembly for thorough mixing, control and pressurizing of the mixture, if necessary. Fluid level status indicators continuously monitor the level of the two fluids and refill on demand or discontinue service if low levels are reached during operation.

A Mixture Testing function is used to mechanically test the mixture being produced and has the ability to only vary the amount of water applied to the mixture, providing greater mixture stability and process control.

The Industrial Innovations systems come in a variety of models - Pro Mix I, III and V. The Pro-Mix III and V are larger units that use pump/valve assemblies to refill the reservoirs. The Pro-Mix I has all the standard design features of the larger systems on a smaller scale and relies upon gravity utilizing mechanical ball float switches for reservoir refill.
