Oil Mist Collectors Eliminate Oil Mist and Smoke

The LNS Fox WS series of oil mist collectors are designed to control heavy mist created by today's higher spindle speeds and high-pressure coolant delivery systems. According to LNS, they exceed OSHA and NIOSH requirements to remove harmful oil mist and smoke, thereby safeguarding worker health.
"The air filtration devices include a patented, 3-stage filtration system that provides optimum filter life, and an optional 4th stage module HEPA filter that removes 99.97% of cutting oil smoke particles," said a company spokesperson. "Users can easily replace the long-life (one year or longer) filters in just five minutes."
LNS Fox WS series oil mist collectors are available in five models with capacities from 170-1250 CFM, and are suitable for all machine types and machining processes using water-soluble, synthetic or neat oil coolants.
