Gripper Removes Workpieces During Injection Molding

FIPA's Sprue Gripper GR04.101A is designed for the removal of injection molded parts. "This gripper not only identifies workpieces regardless of the position of the sprue, but it also guarantees a maximum gripping force even at high cycle times," said Rainer Mehrer, FIPA President and Owner.
According to the company, features of the GR04.101A include:
- Large area sprue control for the detection of the sprue in the gripper regardless of position.
- Gripping force of 22 N.
- Large jaw opening and compact construction allow for flexible integration into gripper systems.
- High wear resistance due to Hartcoat treated surface.
