New CNC Bed-Type Mill with Rigid Head

The ACER ATM-1054+ 3- or 4-axis CNC bed-type mill with rigid head is the latest addition to the inverter-drive series.
The ATM-1054+ features 7.5 HP spindle inverter motors and 0-6,000 RPM spindle speeds. Maximum rapid feeds in XYZ are 31.5"/20"/20.87" (200 IPM). The control is a Fagor 8055i/FL-MC. The mill is available with or without an ATC at eight tools.

- AC servo motors come standard with machine
- Rigid tapping capability
- 4th axis ready
- Ball screw bearing pairs installed at the end of each axis
- Retractable umbrella ATC at 8 tools
- Throat distance at 23.62" (600 mm) and under spindle nose at 25.39" (645 mm)
- Quill diameter: 4.72" (120 mm)
- Spindle taper: CAT #40 (Option: BT #40)
- Gross weight: 5,254 lbs.
Additional standard features include a coolant system, table guard, chip pan and column guards.
